I’m headed to Lake Las Vegas this afternoon in Henderson, NV for the first XTERRA Cup race of the season.  Looks like there will be many top pros in the men’s and women’s field:  Nico Lebrun, Conrad Stoltz, Brian Smith and Josiah Middaugh for the men and Melanie McQuiad, Danelle Kabush, Jenny Smith and Jenny Tobin for the women.  Jari Kirkland and I are looking forward to sharing a condo with Nico Lebrun and Jenny Tobin in order to get all the good tips.  I’m definitely nervous about my fitness level but looking forward to getting the first race under my belt.
