We have been very busy for the last few weekends and went back to Moab so Mom could do some more training. This time we went with Mom’s teammate Mike Kloser which was fun and good training for Mom.
Dad got up very early each day and went for a ride so that Mom and Mike could train for the rest of the day. Both days Mom came back from paddling very cold and then they went out for mountain bike rides while Dad and I went for hikes.
I am doing very well and Mom tells me I am getting very ‘big’. I’m just about to learn to roll over and sit very well with just a little bit of support. I can’t sit still and need new toys and scenery changes somewhat often but I blame that on my parents as they don’t sit still very well either.
Every day I become a little more animated and opinionated. I behave very well for almost everyone but I just couldn’t seem to get my act together for daycare and got myself kicked out. I know it makes it a little harder on Mom and Dad but I’m much happier hanging with my friends Pam, Emily and Shane. They keep me very active and entertained so I tend to be very happy and well behaved.
Mom and I took a trip to the allergist last week and found out that I am not allergic to dairy and soy. I was a little nervous about being pricked for the test but was very tough and never even winced. I was also tested for peanuts, fish, wheat and a few other things all of which I am not allergic to. It was a big relief for everyone and now Mom is slowly beginning to try some soy and dairy to see how my stomach reacts.
